If anyone has one I'd loved to hear from you?
I sold one of Toppsy's tonearms on eBay, for Lynn, Colin's widow, the buyer says the bias wheel is missing. I have looked high and low in my man cave but can't find it, I am sure it was posted. Either way, I would prefer to complete the transaction so Lynn gets the cash, so if anyone can help out, I'd be happy to make an offer for Hadcock bias wheel.
Thanks.

Hmm, sounds like a typical buyer scam. What does the buyer want you to do to resolve the issue of the alleged missing part he’s claimed? Share a bit more here on this. Those who know you would never imagine you making such an error. Did you photograph everything through packaging?
Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?

If I remember, the wheel is only held in place by a bit of rubber tube pushed over the wire, so its entirely possible it will have fallen off somewhere.
Looking at what I assume is your ebay listing, it looks like the bit of rubber is missing and the wheel is about to fall off.

I think the main reason why Europeans no longer want to travel to the USA is the big time difference. For me, it's now 7pm. In the USA it's now 1933.

Yep that's Colin's arm, Nick.
Not really I lot I can do, Greg.
I pushed the wheel further on spindle when I packed it up, it is plausible that it fell off but the box was sealed at both ends. I gave the chap a good deal at £180, buy in now which left Lynn about £172 after fees and postage I pushed him up from his first offer of under £150, perhaps he didn't like that?
It could be a scam, who knows? But if I can find a wheel....problem averted.
It a bit annoying as the arm was one of the last pieces to list as it needed soldering work.

It's certainly not in my man cave and I even dissected the hoover bag to make sure it hadn't got sucked up when I was cleaning.
I'll probably get the buyer to send it back and give him a full refund, gives me chance to go again if I run into spare wheel.

It appears the buyer kept the item after paying in full.
He must have found the missing part, after all!
Thanks to everyone who offered help.
